A clip from the Vertical Player Repertory appeared on the BBC in a documentary about the financial collapse that was occurring across the river as we were performing on a gorgeous evening. It was a last hurrah before America’s Panic attack that has led to so much turmoil.

Diamond Street CD Released

CD Cover of Diamond Street

Diamond Street on Albany Records

Albany Records has released “Diamond Street,” the opera by Harold Farberman on which I was associate conductor. I shared conducting duties with Harold Farberman where conducted two of the three performances and Harold was gracious enough to have both of us conduct on the recording as well.
We recorded over 2 sessions at the Richard B. Fisher Center for the Performing Arts at Bard College, a wonderful Frank Gehry building with a concert hall that has a very clean acoustic, designed by Yasuhisa Toyota, who also design Disney Hall in Los Angeles.
